Roadmap

What is built, what is next, and what we are deliberately not doing.

The harness and the surfaces around it: two-wallet architecture, the Trading Plan engine, the policy layers, the append-only journal, onboarding with invite-gated access, the account and Perps surfaces, and manual trading.

Live execution. The Hyperliquid execution layer — order placement, cancellation, reconciliation, brackets and stops — is written and under audit. Switching it on is the next milestone that changes what you can do.

Strategy authoring. Turning a plain-English plan into a bounded spec, end to end, with the compiled result inspectable before you enable it.

Automations. Scheduled and event-driven strategies running unattended inside the same harness, with the same gates and the same journal.

Multi-venue routing where it helps, deeper portfolio tooling, and a broader set of things Lloyd can be asked to watch. All of it inside the same harness — a capability that needs the checks relaxed is a capability we do not ship.

Custody. We do not hold your funds and are not building toward it.

Model-written trading code. Strategies compile to bounded specs. A model that emits executable code touching a live key is the failure mode this product exists to avoid.

A chat-first product. Chat is one surface among several. The control room is the app.

Discretionary management. We build tools you direct. We do not manage money on your behalf.
