The journal

An append-only record of everything the agent saw, decided and did.

The journal is the record of what happened and why. It is append-only — entries are never edited or deleted, only added to.

Every market review, every proposal, every decision to act or stand aside, every gate that refused something, and every order that reached the exchange. Each entry says what Lloyd saw, which part of your plan applied, and what followed.

Refusals are recorded as carefully as trades. If your plan stopped a proposal, that is in the log with the reason.

Because entries are only ever added, the journal is the system’s memory rather than a summary of it — the positions you hold and the balances you see are derived from it, not maintained separately alongside it.

That means the explanation and the outcome cannot drift apart. If the journal says a position was opened, it was.

The activity view shows the stream in plain English, newest first. Filter it by market, by strategy, or by outcome. Anything confusing, you can ask Lloyd about directly in chat — it is reading the same record you are.
